3.16.1. Database via www (Internet-Intranet)

As there are still few systems which offer the possibility to make a database available via the www (on the Internet or Intranet) I decided to deal with all of them in one place, also to facilitate comparison.
Exceptionally I have included a software service (Biblioserver) which is not considered in any other grid of  this work because it merely consists of this single procedure.
