Cit: export is available as printing a bibliography in three dedicated formats;
1 only comma delimited for ProCite (45 fields, no RT indicator); 2 only RIS and EndNote Refer (see also 7 below); 2.1 via custom format which is not easy; 5 if referred to the three abovementioned formats;
7: by far the best -more consistent an reliable- tagged format is the internal Citation format itself that other products can read

can export characters' attributes, lets choose ASCII or ANSI chars set

Pr: 1: yes, can customize number of fields, end of field, end of record, delimiter character if embedded in fields;
2.1: implies choosing or defining a style for bibliographies (this way one can set up virtually any tagged format: custom, Refer, BibTex or RM ISI style etc.)

En:  already made and modifiable output styles ("Export" category): 1: tab delimited no CDF comma delimited; 2: EndNote tagged (show all fields, %A), Refer (%A), BibTex (   `Author) , Reference Manager-RIS (AU- ), Medline (AU- ); 2.1 yes but cannot label each keyword on a different line; 5: see 1 tab delimited and 2 tagged; 6 very basic (without DTD); 7: sort of exported records belongs to chosen output style and can be modified
N.B.  since it exports data using Unicode (UTF-8) encoding, files can only be read by a program that understands Unicode; otherwise open it via a Unicode-compliant application and save data as a plain ANSI/ASCII text
