23 Admininstration Module Provides organizational subscription Administrator the ability to customize various features within the service, view usage statistics and manage accounts, can also access "Administrator Central" (a secure location which provides training and marketing materials)

16-18: there is option to physically copy graphics and attached files to a [dbn].Data subdirectory so that they can be moved together without broken links;
21: can send data to a data visualization tool for statistical analysis (i.e. RefViz® http://www.refviz.com/); (powered by OmniViz and available also for Mac OS X), which is a separate package with its own licence;
22: can generate OpenURL compliant metadata from an opened record to the chosen OpenURL Resolver host server for reference linking (test only done via demo server); can also change the arguments, type of metadata sent to the resolver
23: can send data to and receive from EndNote Web; from a db record can try to find in the Internet, download, and automatically attach full-text pdf files along with core bibliographic data; from each record can search relevant full-text in the Internet, download it and attach it to the record

G - Internal database management
   1. Rebuild
   2. Compress (release space)
   3. Statistics

EW: provides usage statistics, available in the ISI Web of Knowledge Customer Administration Portal (site administrator pwd) RW: 1 + backup; 3 statistics on usage, activity ... etc. Pr:
1 2  (as 1)

Rebuild makes a copy and releases disk space; retains Groups and Stopwords of original database, but removes its Record list's configuration

En
2: compressed library bcan also be sent automatically via e-mail'

3: database and record summaries present a quick snap shot of key metrics

RM
1; 2 (as 1); 3

Rebuild does not need to make a copy, releases disk space, it retains Reference Indexes (kind of Groups) and brief record list configuration
3: File Properties gives in addition to standard properties: sort criterion and order (A/D), character set sort, total record number, total number of entries for authors, kw, periodical titles and dates, highest RefID

H - Functions across different databases
   1. search
   2. print
   3. global corrections
   4. duplicate detection
   5. manuscript formatting

EW: n.a. only one open database per login RW: n.a.: only one open database per user is available Pr: 5 En: 5 (while formatting a manuscript via CWYW can search more than one opened db) RM: 1; 2; 3; 4; 5
can act across 15 databases, but sort criterion and sort order must be the same; can display -not use- combined term lists

I - Database subsets
    1. marked records
    2. virtual sets (groups, folders)

EW: 1: Quick list (on-the-fly group); 2: named groups/folders that can be shared in R/W mode; groups are not hierarchical, not live RW:
1: only on the fly (do not stay across sessions)
2: named folders, last imported, and My list: they cannot be hierarchically nested; alphabetical sequence
Pr: 1 yes (stay across sessions) ; 2 yes: "groups" of virtual records: they cannot be hierarchically nested; can create up to 50; alphabetical sequence

En: 1: no marked records
2: "groups" of virtual records (up to 500): they cannot be hierarchically nested; apart from 'Custom' and Automatic (online search results, trash, imported, duplicates...) they can be smart/live, i.e. acting as a query which points to its result

RM 1 only on the fly (do not stay marked across sessions)
2 "reference index": each is a named saved search result,  kind of a group, pointer to records; must be first selected as a field and searched as such via its name to display as 'retrieved' the records they point to. Retrieved records can then be the scope of various operations

K - Other library functions

EW: 1, 1.1 RW: 1, 1.1 , 3-4 only as record attachments or linked resources Pr: 1; 3 OLE; 4 OLE

2: can format and sort Dates and Call number in a special way: for dates, chronological value underneath format; for classification codes: first LCCN, then DDC, then digits, then letters

En: 1, 1.1 yes; can link -also by drag and drop- to- PDF and URL in 2 specific fields, but in fact it's up to you what to put in those fields: .txt .doc .gif .rtf .htm... and whatsoever; can automatically copy PDF and other attached files to a data subfolder so that their address becomes relative and they can travel with the main record database
3: incorporates thumbnails of graphics in the edit record view, not in the formatted preview; graphics can be incorporated in MS-WORD manuscripts; 3 and 4 also external via Windows Shell
RM: 1; 3 OLE; 4 OLE; can link to -and then open- PDF and URL in 5 specific fields, but in fact it's up to you what to put in those fields: .txt .doc .gif ... and whatsoever
