start by password/code at the group level + a) normal user login; b) Administratator rights; c) by communicating either the specific or a general URL, access can be given to anybody without password to RefShare folders to search, print, download, format bibliographies, and to post comments etc. RefShare folders can also be accessed via RSS feed reader (if user selects this option); see also Network version
